Last month I was very fortunate to photograph R. Allan Beckley's amazing series of paintings, No Vacancy Neon Paintings/ 1999-2015 hosted by The Peach Gallery and Blue Moth Creative.
Mr. Beckley has been working in collaboration with The Neon Museum in Las Vegas to capture this disappearing piece of Americana on canvas.
Based on photographs taken during his travels across Canada and the United States, Beckley has created highly detailed photo-realistic paintings of some of the most iconic neon signs of the 20th century.
