Though I've been living in Ontario for almost seven years, I'd never been to the CNE until this summer.
I didn't know what to expect. All the lights, sounds, colours and people offered so much variety, it left me struggling to find a focus. After wandering for a while I became interested in how people held their enormous prizes. Some treated them like treasured items, others like burdens.
I had fun at the CNE and hope I have more time to shoot next year. Also hope I can get one of those big donuts too...
